By creating a merchant account or using the Catlog platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”) between you (“Merchant”, “you”) and Catlog Technologies Ltd. (“Catlog”, “we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Use of the Platform

Catlog provides tools that enable merchants to create and manage online storefronts, manage inventory, process orders, and integrate with channels like Instagram, WhatsApp, and payment gateways. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful business purposes.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided on your store, including product listings, pricing, and contact details.
• You must fulfill orders promptly and professionally.
• You must not use Catlog to sell illegal, prohibited, or counterfeit products.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes, regulatory filings, or business compliance applicable to your sales.

3. Account and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share or transfer your account to another person or entity without our prior written consent.

4. Fees and Payments

• Catlog may charge subscription or service fees as communicated on our platform or during onboarding.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
